Just wrapped a job hunt across 11 companies. Sharing what I saw for senior PM (6+ yrs, MENA based, fully remote):

  • US startups, Series B–C: $120k–$155k base, equity 0.05–0.15%
  • EU scale-ups: €75k–€95k base, mostly no equity
  • Gulf-based remote-first: ~$95k–$130k, sometimes housing stipend
  • MENA-headquartered: $40k–$65k, more title inflation

    Did any of the US offers push back hard on geo-adjusting? Curious what worked to anchor at the higher end.

    Two things worked: (1) competing offer letters in writing, (2) framing my work history as "already collaborating with US teams" not "based in MENA." One company tried a 30% geo-adjustment on initial offer; ended up at 8% after the competing offer landed.
