Mock viva with someone who didn't supervise you and is mildly hostile to your framing. Two hours, recorded. The first 20 minutes will be brutal and that's the entire point — you'll surface the questions your supervisor was too kind to ask.

Did this yesterday with a colleague from the neighboring department. Brutal is the right word. Reorganized chapter 4 entirely as a result. Marking solved.
